Frank F. Hallett was born in Kasson Minesota in June of 1866. He was brought by his parents to Cedar Rapids, Iowa when he was a child and opened his jewelry store at 3rd Avenue and 3rd Street when he was a young adult. Frank F. Hallett and his wife, Carrie B. Hallett, lived together at 1705 Sixth Avenue. Frank Hallett died on November 3, 1916, at the age of fifty.
